Support and Cooperation with Colleagues

Support and Cooperation with Colleagues
-establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
-encourage others and participate in professional development

2015 Documentation:

- This year my role within my syndicate has changed as I accepted the position of Middle School Syndicate leader. I have learnt a lot about myself as a teacher and how to lead by following other members of the leadership team at St Joseph's and other schools.

-I have also been a tutor teacher and supported a PRT whom has recently graduated. I feel I was able to learn and grow just as much from her as she has learnt from me.

- The Middle Syndicate has been able to try and explore new initiatives in our classrooms this year which has been challenge and exciting. The success with how the syndicate has functioned this year links backed to an effective working relationship we have as a team. We have a shared vision, we are supportive, respect each other and understand that working together is how we can best teach the diverse needs of our children across the syndicate.

-A few members of St Joseph's attended Ulearn in Auckland in October 2015 and I was actively involved in the  conference.
